It fries, bakes and roasts to perfection and its light corn flavour makes a perfect dressing. Corn oil also has a high smoke point which means it is ideal for frying.
At Mazola, we always wait for the corn to fully ripen. Each corn kernel is picked from the cob and soaked in warm water to soften.
After the excess starch is removed, the kernels are pressed to release their oils and refined to create the finest corn oil.
